The exhibit will feature “Heroes of American Women’s Right to Vote.” Our talented resident artist, Janie Wilson-Cook has created a stand-alone exhibit of portraits of women responsible for enacting the 19th Amendment 100 years ago. These portraits feature a “Who’s Who” of local women who attained national celebrity through their work: Jane Addams and Julia Lathrop stand in solidarity with the other pioneers of the 19th Amendment and Women’s Right to Vote movement.
Have a great week and stay warm!
