The League of Women Voters of Greater Rockford registered voters at a Meet & Greet sponsored by the Rockford Refugee Support Program. The free event was held Wednesday, October 25, 2023, 1 PM – 4:30 PM at the UW Health Sports Factory, 305 South Madison St. in Rockford.
When registering to vote, remember to bring two forms of ID, one with a current address. When one changes one’s name due to marriage, etc. or when moving to a new address, the voter registration needs to be updated in order to be valid.
