Tuesday, March 4th, marks the President’s Address to Congress. Instead of tuning in, We the People will host community gatherings at state capitols, city halls, town halls, and public gathering spaces across the country, to bring people together in reflection, action, and solidarity.

Our Light for Our Democracy gathering is an opportunity for community reflection, action, and solidarity. Rather than watching the address, this event will offer a space to engage in meaningful activities, including speeches, “candle” lighting, sign-making, and postcard writing. Pleas share this registration link with any other friends, family, community that would be interested.

On Tuesday, March 4th, We the People will host community gatherings at state capitols, city halls, town halls, and public gathering spaces across the country, to bring people together in reflection, action, and solidarity during the President’s State of the Union address. These events will offer a peaceful and unified space to come together for the health of our democracy, the future of our nation, and the well-being of all its people.
