A “Dia de los Muertos” (Day of the Dead) celebration and Bilingual Candidate Meet and Greet will be held Tuesday, October 1, 6-8 pm, at YWCA, 4990 E. State St., Rockford. The entire event is going to be in Spanish and we’ll have translators for the candidates. Refreshments: Mexican Fare.
