This is a different, more casual approach for the Annual Meeting. Instead of a speaker, the focus is on fun activities to promote local League committee participation.

Membership (check-in table in foyer) Communications, Education, Environmental, Gun Violence Prevention, Healthcare, Immigration, Local Government, Voter Service.

Suffrage Plaza activity

LWVGR Annual Business Meeting

11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Clean up and member portraits.

Meeting reservation and payment must be paid and received by Tuesday, May 21, 2025

$20.00 for members and guests.
100 attendee limit.

Members now pay dues by credit card at the LWV membership portal online.
Donations may be payable by credit card, cash, or by check at the Annual Meeting
with prior arrangement.

Breakfast is a delicious boxed meal from Mary’s Market, with fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice/water. Breakfast sandwich choices: a veggie wrap, or a bacon, or ham, or sausage sandwich with egg and Hollandaise sauce. Veggie wrap boxes are vegetarian, not vegan. Please fill out one form for each attendee.
